R. Warren Oldham

Vice President of Renewable Projects


Mr. Oldham is a Vice President for Allied Energy Services, LLC. Since 2002, Mr. Oldham has worked for AES developing energy production projects across the United States. Key projects include a multi-location 18 MW combined heating and cooling project in Northern California; a 2,100 ton chilled water plant for a university in Georgia; a 400 ton per day biomass gasification project producing liquid fuels from a bio-refinery in Georgia; a 1000 ton per day biomass gasification project producing 50 MW electric generation plant in Georgia; and a 25 ton per day hazardous waste gasification project producing hydrogen in Texas.

From 1997 to 2002, Mr. Oldham worked as Vice President, Product Development for Allied Utility Network developing retail products for resale to existing electric and gas utility customers. In this position, he successfully launched multiple retail value-added-products and strategies directed at multiple market segments of six utility companies from Idaho to Georgia.

From 1990 to 1997, Mr. Oldham worked as Vice President Sales and Marketing for a telecommunications company, Communications Central, with profit and loss responsibility for directing direct sales force and marketing budget to assist building a small firms growth, its initial public offering and an industry leader in revenue, growth and earnings. From 1976 to 1990, he worked as sales manager and division head of Rollins, Inc. leading a new division to become the leader in the electronic security industry.

Mr. Oldham earned an undergraduate degree in business administration from Centenary College located in Shreveport, Louisiana.
